Pune Blasts at German Bakery


 Breaking News! Pune Police Commissioner, Satyapal Singh addressed the media and gave latest informationon yesterday's bomb blast at German Bakery in Koregaon area in the city, which left 9 dead and 60 injured. He admitted that no detention has been made so far in connection with the blast.

According to Satyapal Singh, the bomb, which was an IED, was planted at a rucksack inside bakery. He also added that no specific intelligence on blasts was given to Pune Police, contrary to the claims made by Union Home Ministry.

In total, 9 people died in the blast, while 60, including 30 foreigners were injured. 46 men and 14 women were among the injured. All dead have been identified. Two out of nine dead were foreigners.

The Pune Police urged people to provide information on blasts, if they have any. He asked people to contact at 022-26126296 and 022-26122880 to share vital information and assured that their identity would be kept secret.
